Easter Egg

A few years ago my sweet ol' mum decided it might be nice to give Dave a goose egg for Easter and he was thrilled, in fact it turned out to be a double yoker so he was doubly thrilled!

He now looks forward to getting one of these each Easter so she tries really hard to oblige and since my sister came for lunch today she brought it along.

It may not look like much in the photo but I'm tellin ya - one of these babies can fill a whole pan (and plate) all on their own - and I'm not exaggerating - I have photos from past years to prove it!

Me, well I'd much rather have the chocolate kind - maybe mine is on it's way but then my mum often puts Dave ahead of me so maybe I still have to wait awhile yet?
