Now that mummy finally managed to find white sandals Maddy was able to wear the dress and short cardy I bought her. She looked so lovely I just wanted to share.

Up close and for real this looks like something expensive you'd find at Monsoon, complete with petticoat, frills on the bottom and a cute applique'd flower (hidden beneath cardy). It was actually Tesco's can you believe and on sale for a fiver no less! The cardy was on sale for only £3!
Now that we have 3 grandchildren I rarely pay full price for anything. And I most definately refuse to pay adult prices as quick as they outgrow them. If it's on sale and it's cute then I buy it and I think I did a pretty good job with this outfit. She looked real girly in it and I'm glad I managed to see her in it and to grab a nice shot to boot. Shame Grandma's a bit out of practise with doing 'girly' hair do's.

Oh, how our little girl is growing up. She looks like a little doll in her fancy dress and sweater. Give her a kiss from Big GreatGrandma.
