Tomorrows Class

I have just finished the project for tomorrow's class at the Crafty Women's group at church. It is my turn to teach and I have been so busy doing other things I was struggling to come up with anything.

That being said - I am really happy with what I managed to create. I love the colours in these two projects. One is a cute, quick and easy card and the other is a paper bag which uses a simple template to make it easier.

The flower is created using a punched scallop circle which is then cut, the petals scored and folded slightly and then a smaller, punched, kinda retro flower added before finally adding the button. I always free-hand cut my leaves and since the paper has blue smudged and smeared edges I repeated the same look on each of the elements in the projects.

I sure hope the girls enjoy this one. I love it.
